From May, Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri returns with Mediterranean charm, authentic pizza and a refined culinary experience
Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri opens the 2026 season in the heart of the island
Starting May, 2026, Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri officially reopens for its third consecutive season on the island, confirming its status as one of the most iconic and sought-after culinary destinations in Campania.

The project created by Ciro Oliva returns to the enchanting setting of Via Madre Serafina, just steps away from the famous Piazzetta, inside an exclusive location that houses Capri’s oldest wood-fired oven, dating back to the 16th century. A unique place where history, breathtaking scenery and gastronomy blend into an experience celebrating authentic Neapolitan hospitality.
Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri combines Mediterranean atmosphere and timeless design
The soul of Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri is reflected in every detail: colorful ceramics, white wooden furniture, vibrant cushions and a terrace bathed in Mediterranean light create an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere designed to make every guest feel at home.

From the very beginning, Ciro Oliva and his family envisioned bringing to Capri not only their celebrated pizza, but also the cultural, social and territorial values deeply connected to Naples’ historic Rione Sanità district. The result is a bridge between Naples and Capri built through local ingredients, short supply chains and partnerships with regional producers.
The pizza at Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri celebrates authentic Neapolitan tradition
At the heart of the project is Ciro Oliva, internationally recognized for his contemporary interpretation of traditional Neapolitan pizza and for transforming pizza into a symbol of conviviality and inclusivity.
The dough remains faithful to tradition: type 00 flour, a 24-hour fermentation process and expert craftsmanship create a pizza that is light, fragrant and deeply rooted in authentic flavors.

The menu at Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri showcases the recipes that have made the brand famous far beyond Naples. Guests can begin with sharing plates such as Polpette, Crocchettini, Panino Annarell’ and Sott’ e Ngopp before exploring the signature pizzas created alongside longtime collaborator Vittorio La Pietra, who oversees the Capri venue throughout the season.
Highlights include:
- Tartufo Nero
- Costiera with fior di latte, basil and lemon zest
- Pacchianella
- Butter, Salmon and Caviar
- Fondazione San Gennaro
- Il Sole della Sanità
The menu also features fresh salads and iconic regional pasta dishes, from Spaghetti alla Nerano and Candele alla Genovese to the timeless Spaghetti al Pomodoro, a true symbol of Italian cuisine worldwide.
The tasting menu offers a gourmet journey
One of the standout experiences for the 2026 season is the “Tasting according to Vittorio” menu, designed to reinterpret Capri through a creative and contemporary culinary vision.

The tasting experience includes:
- Gourmet Annarell’ with caviar
- Bomba Salata with roasted artichokes, culatello and buffalo stracciatella
- Zucchini flowers with sweet paprika and pesto powder
- Tomato “Pop Corn” fried pizza bites
- Pizza dough cannoli filled with eggplant parmigiana foam
- Costa d’Oro pizza with mussels, bottarga and garlic cream
- Marinara served in a traditional pan with three varieties of tomatoes and black garlic
- Ripieno Estate 2026 inspired by the traditional Capri ravioli

Alongside the more elaborate tasting route, guests can also choose a simplified experience designed for those seeking a lighter but equally refined introduction to the menu.
The wine selection at Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri enhances the dining experience
The wine list is curated by sommelier Emanuele Labagnara, who has worked alongside Ciro Oliva for over a decade to create pairings capable of elevating every dish through carefully selected labels and a deep passion for Italian wine culture.
In Capri as in Naples, wine becomes an integral part of the gastronomic journey, transforming each dinner into a memorable Mediterranean experience.
Capri strengthens the bond between Naples and Capri
The philosophy behind Concettina ai Tre Santi Capri remains firmly rooted in authenticity, local identity and collaboration with artisans and agricultural producers.

A project that connects Naples’ Rione Sanità district with the heart of Capri through a contemporary vision of Southern Italian hospitality, where quality, warmth and tradition come together naturally.
